The service
ClubConnect, provided by MatMax Consulting (Luxembourg), lets football clubs organise teams, matches, trainings and forms and communicate with families.
Your account
You join by invitation from your club, with a one-time code sent by email, and then use your password or Face ID / fingerprint. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
The club's responsibility
Each club is responsible for the data and content it publishes and for the roles it gives to its staff. Guardians are responsible for the information they give about their children.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for your club's activity. Do not share other people's data outside the club, publish offensive content or try to access data your role does not allow.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MatMax Consulting is not liable for indirect damage or for content published by clubs or users.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete my account). The club can remove your access. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
